Over the Christmas period I got an amazing pair of Doc Martens and it was only the other day when I was looking through my blog when I realised that I hadn't posted an outfit with them yet. So I thought I would do a brand new outfit post! I will probably try and do a few of these over the next few weeks as there are some great outfits that I have yet to post!

I'm a Beweaver!

This weekend has been so busy! One of my tutors from College runs a weaving class in Edinburgh and some of my classmates and I decided that this would be a great idea to take part in it. So we all paid up and traveled to Edinburgh to participate. The class taught us all the basics of weaving from creating our warp to weaving on the loom. So here are my images of me being a beweaver (a believer in weaving, we made it up haha).

Time to Panic!

Hey guys, I know that it has been a long time since I have posted and I feel so bad about it! especially since I really love my blog. So I guess I need to explain my absence between work, College and deadlines it has been really hectic so I have not had a lot of spare time recently. Anyway on to the present, I have passed my first semester of College and I am now applying to University which is very scary. I just submitted my online portfolio to Glasgow School of Art and thought I would share some of the pieces I submitted and I would love to hear your opinions!

Grunge!

Hey guys sorry I haven't been posting as much as I would like to but I have been super busy as I have my deadlines for College. Anyways I shall get on with it! So I have always been a child of Rock and Roll especially as my Mum would always have Guns N Roses playing when I was younger, I know she has good taste. So I wanted to share with you some of my favourite alternative images that I have got from tumblr and Pinterest as well as some of my personal style, enjoy!

Predicting the Fashion Future Part 2

Hey! So I don't know if you guys remember, but a couple of weeks ago I wrote a post about how I had to create two mood boards on future fashion trends and the one that got picked was "The Big Top" from Summer 2014. Can't remember? Oh dear well check it out Here. So I finished off the post by promising you guys that I would keep you up to date with my designs and I have now finished my designs and the final one has been chosen for me to start pattern cutting and producing as part of my garment construction class.

This was the design that got picked! It is a fitted Jacket with over-sized hood, handmade pom poms and hand painted stripes. I have already started pattern cutting to make it, and I am so excited to make it and as soon as its all made I will of course post pictures. With the jacket I will be making a skater skirt so that its a full outfit for our end of year Fashion show.

Hey ho lets go!

Hey so recently I got myself some new clothes including a Ramones top, they are one of my favourite bands! a new pair of shoes, which you seen in the previous post but I love them so here they are again! and some new patterned tights. I decided to put them together in an outfit along with my well loved bandanna to create a kind of grunge look. As I am a big lover of all things Rock and Roll I loved the outfit and I liked that I got to wear so many new things at the one time! So here is my outfit.

Insta-wha?

Hey guys, so I recently got myself a brand new phone as I was able to upgrade my phone contract and all that. So to cut a long story short I decided to get the IPhone 4S as my boyfriend got it a a month before me and I really liked it. So after getting it set up I decided to start downloading all the endless apps that I wanted to play with, one of them being Instagram. Loads of my friends use Instagram and because I used to have a Blackberry I was not able to use it before. So I have been having great fun with it so far and have been learning the basics. So I just wanted to show you some of my early Instagram images.
